  My wife recently called the Falkirk branch. She had seen curtain poles she liked and wanted to purchase 6 of them but only 4 were showing available in stock. When she called the store she spoke to Scott who checked stock availability at the Edinburgh store where he would be working the following day. Scott told my wife he would take her contact details and bring 2 poles from the Edinburgh store to the Falkirk store and call her when she could collect them. Scott gave my wife a call the following day to confirm he had the poles for her. Both my wife and I are very grateful to Scott for all his help and his excellent customer service. We appreciate that Scott went out of his way to help us get what we were looking for. Will definitely be back shopping at the Range Falkirk.
