  My partner has been waiting over 3 weeks for test results so she can start her treatment because of countless receptionist mistakes. Every time she has phoned to find out when the doctor will be phoning her she has constantly been fobbed off with excuses. She has phoned up today to be told that the doctor is now saying that she has to make another telephone consultation which means she could be waiting another week to two weeks. They are expecting her to clean up after their mess ups and putting her health at risk. Absolute joke.
